Depuis les premiers si\u00e8cles, la Pentec\u00f4te est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e comme un \u00e9v\u00e9nement communautaire : Marie et les ap\u00f4tres sont r\u00e9unis, des flammes sur la t\u00eate et le regard tourn\u00e9 vers le ciel. Ce sch\u00e9ma iconographique s'est maintenu au fil du temps, mais chaque artiste l'a r\u00e9interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 en y m\u00ealant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l'histoire de l'art. la th\u00e9ologie, <\/strong>la sensibilit\u00e9 personnelle et l'esprit de son temps<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dans l'art Byzantine<\/strong> e Roman<\/strong>domine la sym\u00e9trie sacr\u00e9e<\/strong>. Marie est souvent au centre, m\u00e8re de l'\u00c9glise naissante. Les flammes sont petites, dor\u00e9es, symboliques. Les personnages sont immobiles, r\u00e9unis en pri\u00e8re. Ici, l'Esprit ne se manifeste pas de mani\u00e8re dramatique, mais dans l'atmosph\u00e8re de la pri\u00e8re. de sang-froid et de myst\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Avec la Renaissance, la sc\u00e8ne s'anime. Des peintres tels que Giotto<\/strong>, Duccio di Buoninsegna<\/strong> e Le Greco<\/strong> chercher \u00e0 faire de la Pentec\u00f4te viva<\/strong>, presque th\u00e9\u00e2trale<\/strong>. Les disciples se d\u00e9placent, s'\u00e9tonnent, se cherchent. Les flammes deviennent visibles, la lumi\u00e8re entre, l'humanit\u00e9 participer<\/strong>.<\/p>

  • Giotto<\/em><\/strong>dans la chapelle Scrovegni montre des visages \u00e9tonn\u00e9s, des mains lev\u00e9es, une effusion visible de l'Esprit.<\/li>
  • Le Greco<\/em><\/strong>accentue le mysticisme : des flammes hautes, des couleurs vibrantes, un \u00e9lan vertical qui ouvre le ciel<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Au XVIIe si\u00e8cle, l'art baroque a transform\u00e9 la Pentec\u00f4te en une f\u00eate. \u00e9v\u00e9nement sc\u00e9nique<\/strong>.<\/strong> Lumi\u00e8re, mouvement et pathos<\/strong> dominent la foi.<\/p>

    Jean II Restout<\/em><\/strong>Dans sa Pentec\u00f4te (1732), il d\u00e9peint une foule anim\u00e9e et secou\u00e9e, travers\u00e9e par la colombe de l'Esprit. Marie est au centre, c\u0153ur silencieux dans le tourbillon.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    En Le 20e si\u00e8cle et au-del\u00e0<\/strong>La Pentec\u00f4te devient un symbole abstrait. La flammes<\/strong> sont des lignes<\/strong>les visages se dissolvent. L'artiste ne d\u00e9peint pas l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, mais les mouvement int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>.<\/p>

    • Arcabas<\/em><\/strong> \u00e9voque l'Esprit avec des couleurs pures et des compositions essentielles telles que explosion<\/strong> le silence du divin<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • Marko Rupnik<\/em><\/strong>avec ses mosa\u00efques, montre une l'\u00e9treinte entre le ciel et la terre<\/strong>Le feu qui fait l'homme : le feu qui fait l'homme ic\u00f4ne vivante<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>

      L'Esprit dans l'art : pr\u00e9sence discr\u00e8te, force transformatrice<\/strong><\/p>

      Dans toutes ces \u0153uvres, le L'Esprit Saint<\/strong> est rarement le protagoniste absolu : il est colombe, flamme, lumi\u00e8re<\/strong>pr\u00e9sence discr\u00e8te mais essentielle. Elle n'occupe pas la sc\u00e8ne, le transfigure<\/strong>. Elle ne s'impose pas, elle agit.
